Cashmere hosts Christmas festivities

The free family event known as Christmas in Cashmere took place in downtown Cashmere on Saturday, December 2 from noon until 3:00 p.m. along Cottage Avenue.
Visitors from near and far gathered together to participate in the various activities that included taking pictures with Santa, enjoying live entertainment, receiving complimentary warm beverages and cookies and keeping warm around fire pits.
Live entertainment included caroling kids who stood up and sang songs such as 'Joy to the World' and 'The Twelve Days of Christmas'.
Various restaurants and shops were also open for visitors to look through and take a short break from the town's activities.
