Wenatchee Invitational Cross Country Results

It was a pretty good day of racing for the Bulldogs the Wenatchee Invitational on Saturday 9/16! Cashmere runners improved on their times from
last Saturday's race at Sunnyside. Several of our veteran runners set new 5 km personal records at Wenatchee. Complete results can be found

The Wenatchee race course is at Walla Walla Point Park. The race is a two loop, 5 km race that is rolling but has no steep hills.

Boys Varsity - 179 runners representing 26 complete teams. Cashmere was 15th overall. League rivals Cascade, Omak and Quincy finished 9th,
24th and 26th respectively. A complete team is a school that has five runners finish the race.

Our freshmen and sophomore group is going to be a good one. They work hard in practice and are pushing the older kids.
Our next race is Wednesday at the Okanogan Invitational. The race is run at the Okanogan Valley Golf Course at 105 Danker Cutoff Road,
Okanogan, WA 98841. It will be a smaller meet than today but Liberty Bell and Cascade will give us plenty of competition!
