WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee Valley will once again open its doors to architecture, design and craftsmanship this fall as the 31st Annual Building NCW Home Tour returns Sept. 19–21. Presented by Banner Bank, the event offers community members, homeowners and industry professionals a rare chance to explore a curated selection of homes throughout the region.
The self-guided tour highlights innovation, quality construction and regional design. Organizers say the event is intended to serve both as inspiration for future homeowners and as a showcase of the work of local builders.
The weekend will begin with “Chefs on Tour” on Friday, Sept. 19, from 5 to 9 p.m., a ticketed VIP experience featuring three homes paired with food prepared by local restaurants and caterers. Guests will tour the homes while sampling gourmet dishes in what organizers describe as “the perfect blend of fine dining and stunning design.”
Banner Bank is serving as the presenting sponsor for the event. “Banner Bank’s presence reflects more than sponsorship – it’s a testament to their mission of empowering homeownership and championing local craftsmanship,” said Danielle Martin, CEO of Building NCW.
Tickets for the Home Tour are $10 and include admission to all featured homes. Tours will be open from noon to 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21. VIP tickets for Chefs on Tour are $25 and include admission to the Friday evening event as well as access to the full weekend tour. Tickets will be available online through Building NCW and at select local outlets.
