CASHMERE — Cashmere FFA members made a strong showing at this year’s Chelan County Fair, earning top awards across multiple livestock categories and nearly grossing $100,000 at the annual livestock auction.
The chapter brought 50 students exhibiting hogs, 14 showing lambs, three beef exhibitors, and two goat exhibitors to the fair. Their efforts resulted in several call-back ribbons, champion rosettes, and high honors in showmanship.
Swine Success
Cashmere’s swine exhibitors had an impressive week, highlighted by Corbin Burger’s Reserve Champion Market Hog. Rylee Snodgrass captured both Grand Champion Swine Showman and Round Robin Showmanship Champion, cementing her place among the fair’s top competitors.
In addition, Cashmere FFA secured four market hog call-backs and seven showmanship call-backs in the swine category.
Sheep Highlights
The sheep barn also brought big wins, with Lucy Ray earning Grand Champion Market Lamb. Cashmere FFA exhibitors collected seven market lamb call-backs and four showmanship call-backs in total.
Steer and Goat Achievements
On the beef side, Callen Pipkin was awarded Grand Champion Market Steer, while Amelia Flick earned Reserve Champion Steer Showmanship.
Among goat exhibitors, Sadie Lindsay received Reserve Champion Yard Goat Showman honors.

With strong results across swine, sheep, steers, and goats, Cashmere FFA students left the fair with ribbons, rosettes, and memories that reflect both their hard work and the community that stands behind them.
