NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leavenworth City Council will hold two public hearings on February 27, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 700 Highway 2, Leavenworth, Washington and via Zoom (https://cityofleavenworth.com/your-city-hall/calendar/) to take public testimony on amendments to Leavenworth Municipal Code (LMC) Chapter 12.28 Mountain View Cemetery Regulations and LMC Chapter 12.20 Snow and Ice Removal. The City determined that these amendments are exempt from State Environmental review pursuant to WAC 197-11-800(19). Interested citizens are encouraged to comment and/or attend the public hearing.
