CASHMERE — Cashmere Mailing House, LLC has announced a leadership transition as longtime manager and founder Jayne Stephenson steps away from day-to-day operations after nearly two decades at the helm.

Effective July 1, Krista Davis will assume the role of Manager, bringing with her over 19 years of experience in retail and retail management and five years in bookkeeping and office administration. Davis joined the company in 2023 as part of a succession plan designed to ensure a smooth leadership transition.

“Jayne built the Cashmere Mailing House reputation from the ground up,” said Davis. “It is what it is today because of her. Now, I look forward to building on the legacy she established and continuing to exceed customer needs across the region!”

Stephenson, who founded the business in 2005, will remain involved in a part-time capacity, assisting with behind-the-scenes operations.

In her new role, Davis will be responsible for managing staff, scheduling, hiring, marketing, generating estimates, and maintaining bookkeeping functions.

Cashmere Mailing House is considered one of the top five mailing houses in Washington state, offering bulk mail marketing services throughout North Central Washington. The company provides free area pick-up and drop-off services and reported saving customers over $463,000 in postage costs last year.
